All sales final. We will verify, show, test all products before they are sold. Owner assumes all responsibility once item leaves the sale location. No Warranty, No Guarantees, No Refunds. 

We do not deliver. All deliveries are by a 3rd party and we will assume no responsibility. 

We keep prices low, so you deal on yard sale rules. Customer will verify all items before purchase. No Refunds. We will not misrepresent.

We are not responsible for any item left on our premises. Any abandoned items will be resold. Abandoned items are purchases made that have not been picked up for 6 months. Refunds will not be issues for any abandoned item.  Please remain in contact with us because we do not hold customer information. 

Pre purchased Items will be held for up to 30 days free of charge. After 30 Days there is a $25 per month storage fee up until 6 months where you forfeit the item.
